Directions:
From the San Diego Freeway (I-405):
Exit on Wilshire Blvd. going WEST. Proceed on Wilshire 0.4 miles to the first signal light. Turn LEFT on Federal Avenue, then immediately right into the parking lot behind our medical building. We are on the southwest corner of Wilshire and Federal.
From the Santa Monica Freeway (I-10):
Take the Santa Monica Freeway to the San Diego Freeway North. Exit at Wilshire Blvd. going west, then follow directions as above.
Hours: We're open Monday - Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to 1:00pm. Evening and Saturday appointments are occasionally scheduled by advance arrangement.
