Please allow me to once again thank you from the bottom of my heart for the wonderful gift you gave me last year.  Indeed I cannot think of anyting more precious than the gift of sight!

It was a true pleasure to get to know you and your exceptional team of professionals.  My vision is unbelievable and I can hardly remember what life was with thick glasses, contact lenses and all!

Stefano's prescription in his left eye was well within the range treatable by LASIK, and with this care he recovered excellent vision. Because his right eye had a very nearsighted prescription and relatively thin cornea, we advised phakic lens implantation there. We also performed LASIK in the right eye to correct the astigmatism. Hopefully, by early 2007, phakic lenses will be able to corect both nearsightedness and astigmatism.

Stefano has done extremely well and feels like a kid with a new bike every morning, since he doesn't have to put on glasses to see anymore!
