The experience I had at LA Sight was phenomenal. My girlfriend and I both had intentions on getting our vision corrected, but at the last minute she got cold feet. What we really appreciated about the staff and Dr. Wallace in particular was the understanding and empathy they showed her, they didn’t push the procedure on her, they were completely understanding and warm towards her. They even let us know that when and if she was ready for the procedure, that the deposit would still be available for her to use! I liked that quite a bit. As for my procedure I chose less expensive of the two options, which still involves a metal blade in the surgery and have experienced great results. The day after I already had 20/20 vision, and felt no discomfort or dryness in my eyes. The halos (which are very common for LASIK patients) are already dissipating after two weeks, and I’m really loving not having to find my glasses first thing in the morning. The only side effect of the surgery is now, since my vision is perfect, I was able to see how gross the tile really is in my shower.
