THRILLED, I NO LONGER NEED MAGNIFIERS

THRILLED, I NO LONGER NEED MAGNIFIERS

I want to thank you for your kind and considerate care of me over the last several weeks and the splendid results that have occurred since my surgery. Your willingness to go above and beyond what other doctors would have done does not go unnoticed. I deeply appreciate all your efforts that allowed me to achieve such improved eyesight. The results are overwhelming – I am thrilled I no longer need the magnifying glass!

All of your staff has been exceptional in their attention and caring and I complement them on their ability to be personal and professional at the same time. They always make me feel very comfortable in their presence and certainly in yours as well. It is always a pleasure to be at your office, it is well run, on-time and a satisfying experience.

I owe you my deepest gratitude — I’m off to my driving test and a full life of seeing.

With deepest respect,

Arlene G.

Doctor Wallace says:
Arlene’s right eye has always had poor vision, since she was a small child. This condition is commonly known as “lazy eye;” the medical term is amblyopia. Over the past few years the vision decreased even more, and she came in for an evaluation. We found that she did have a visually significant cataract in addition to the lazy eye.

We explained that cataract surgery would likely improve the vision to some extent but would not allow recovery of completely normal, “perfect” vision. She understood this and chose to proceed. It is nice to know that she is so pleased with the results of her care.
