EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE ROCKS

EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE ROCKS

Ok, this place is AWESOME.  I just recently had one eye done, due to a stigmatism in my right eye.  Before even considering here, I shopped around a LOT.

Checked reviews, and my GF, who is in the medical field, checked to make sure there were no medical complaints against LA Sight.  All good.

Everything about this place rocks.  Oh let me count the ways:

Price:

There’s no “bait and switch” like other places, where you’re quoted one price then suddenly it dramatically changes when they see you.  OR, other places where they refuse to give a general idea of costs, hoping you’ll come in and they can sell you on their high overpriced priced Lasik.

LA Sight was straight forward, no BS, no scams, none of the malarky.   Not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either.  Then again, this is your eyes… I wasn’t looking for a bargain, but I also didn’t want to be taken to the cleaners either.

Office:

Office was clean, nice, but not stupidly overdone like some tacky overpriced Beverly Hills BS.

Staff:

The entire staff is awesome, from the folks who answer the phones, to the other Doctors working there.  Super nice, friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and courteous.  They’ve got patient/customer care down.  Love these people.

The Doc.

Dr Wallace is just AWESOME.  He clearly explained the procedure, communicates well, and even during the procedure talked me through it so I wasn’t focused on the machine doing my eye and freaking out, instead, I was informed how much longer we had to go, etc. which was a great distraction that kept me focused on “looking at the green dot.”  (If you get your eyes done, that will make sense… trust me.)

The procedure itself takes very little time, but the process is still scary in some ways.  (For me, having my eyes messed with freaks me out a bit.)  But here, it wasn’t scary at all.

Lastly, the Results.

It’s only been a few days, but my vision is AMAZING so far.  Still slightly blurry in the one eye at times, but that’s expected, so no worries.  When it’s not blurry, I have 20/20 in that eye again.  Previously I had 20/total-crap-for-vision.  So, that’s a huge improvement.

I would HIGHLY recommend this place, and Dr Wallace to anyone considering Lasik.  Thank you Doc for all you’ve done for me and my vision.    best to you and your staff.

–

Biff B.
