It has been over three weeks since you performed LASIK surgery on my eyes and I wanted to thank you again for your incredible service. Without trying to be too dramatic…it seemed like a miracle to me. I am 48 years old and have not seen like this without my glasses since I was 12.
I had researched LASIK extensively and I was originally going to go to Canada. Then a friend recommended me to you on the basis of his own great results. We set my appointment, and my wife and I had a wonderful vacation on the way down. First, we went to Reno for a day…then on to Lake Tahoe for two days…then one day in San Francisco and then down to Santa Monica for my procedure. The money we saved from your very fair price…more than paid for our vacation!
Your staff was very professional and answered every question. I never felt rushed or like I was in a big, impersonal clinic. I really felt confidence when you rechecked my prescription before the surgery and when you told me…”I will do the best job technically and humanly possible for you this morning.”
It was perfect. I felt little anxiety and absolutely no pain. I would much rather have LASIK surgery then have a tooth filled!
When my wife and I returned home to Provo, Utah we had driven over 1900 miles with our vacation included…but we felt great! After a week I went to my local eye doctor…Dr. Dunn. She said you had done such a great job that if I hadn’t told her that I had had Lasik…she would not have been able to tell from looking at the surface of my eyes.
My wife is jealous of me and wants to have the procedure done in the near future. We have 5 girls…4 are married and 3 were married in the last 18 months! So we had had a lot of expenses with weddings. Our youngest is 14 so she won’t be getting married for a long time! Now we can start to save again…but one of our first priorities is to get Linda’s eyes done!
