Thank you guys sooo much!!! Before my treatment, I was torn between two emotions. On the one hand, I was excited about getting rid of my glasses. On the other, I was scared to death about something dreadful going wrong. I mean, these are my eyes!
The whole crew at LA Sight was great. Very positive, very capable, very supportive, understanding, and professional. I felt like I was in great hands.
Then it was over, almost too quickly! The whole thing took maybe 5 minutes. I sat up and knew immediately that I was going to be “OK”. All I could think was “what a relief! It’s over!”
In retrospect maybe I was overly scared before-hand, but Dr. Wallace said that almost everyone has concern or fear before treatment.
Anyway, I’m real glad it’s behind me. Now I can see!
