AMAZED, THE WORLD LOOKS SO DIFFERENT

AMAZED, THE WORLD LOOKS SO DIFFERENT

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I chose Dr. Wallace to perform my LASIK after meeting with three other LASIK doctors. I spent a great deal of time in my decision to ensure I chose the best. Dr. Wallace personally took time to answer my questions, address my concerns, and correct any misconceptions I had about the procedure. I felt at ease the moment I walked into the office.

In addition to his expertise and demeanor, he encouraged me to have only my right eye done, thus saving me a considerable about of money. He could very easily have convinced me that I needed to have both eyes done.

It’s three weeks after my surgery & I am still amazed at how different the world looks when not framed by glasses! Thank you Dr. Wallace–I should have done this years ago!

Donna S.

Doctor Wallace says:
Donna was interested in LASIK, and was not sure whether she needed treatment in both eyes. Her prescription was moderately nearsighted in the right eye and only minimally imperfect in the left. In the past, she had worn a soft contact lens in the right eye and had achieved good comfort and good function.

Taking this into account, I advised that we do LASIK only for her right eye; the left was pretty good ‘as is’. With this approach, we would cut her costs in half and allow her to achieve maximum benefit. In addition, being a few years away from the “”reading glasses”” age, we would preserve greater comfort with reading and close viewing if the left eye retained its’ slight nearsightedness.

She had LASIK in the right eye this past July, and is thrilled with her unbelievably clear vision. Distance vision is ‘crystal’ and reading is still extremely comfortable.
